TRANSACT REGISTRATION FEES

Registration fees include all show events, excluding those marked as special events. Special events are priced separately and are available for purchase to attendees on a first-come, first-served basis.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

The cancellation deadline for the event, including special events, is March 2, 2025, 11:59 pm PST. Refunds will be subject to a $100 processing fee plus $50 for each special event. No refunds will be issued after the cancellation deadline. No-shows are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made in writing to TRANSACTReg@expotracker.net. The deadline for substitutions is March 31, 2025. Substitutions must be requested in writing to TRANSACTReg@expotracker.net.
Golf Tournament Terms & Conditions: The deadline to register for the TRANSACT Golf Tournament is March 2, 2025. Entries are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis via this online registration form. All golfers must be registered attendees of TRANSACT.
ETA Awards & Visa Celebration: The deadline to register for the ETA Awards & Visa Celebration is March 19, 2025. In addition to the cancellation and substitution policy listed above, please know there are limited seats available, and tickets will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis. You must be a registered attendee of TRANSACT 2025 to purchase a ticket.
